Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card information is handled by Stripe, not Speak Live Prompt.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll keep access through the end of your current paid billing period.
Monthly plans renew each billing period. The Annual plan is billed once per year. Unused streaming minutes do not roll over.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified billing error.
