Speak Live Prompt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party streaming platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and any related names, trademarks, service marks, and brand assets are the property of their respective owners.

Use of third-party platform names within Speak Live Prompt is solely for descriptive purposes to identify supported streaming destinations.

The presence of a supported platform within Speak Live Prompt does not imply sponsorship, partnership, certification, approval, or endorsement by that platform.

Users are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, content rules, copyright requirements, and streaming requirements of each third-party platform they choose to use.

Third-party streaming platforms may modify their features, credentials, APIs, streaming requirements, policies, or availability at any time.

Speak Live Prompt does not control third-party platform availability.

New customers may start a 7-day free trial after selecting a recurring plan and providing a payment method. The trial includes 30 live-streaming minutes for Facebook OR Instagram. Practice Mode and recording remain available during the trial. Dual Live, Triple Live, and TikTok Live are not included in the trial.

If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, Stripe charges the price of the recurring plan selected at signup and recurring billing begins. You can cancel during the trial to avoid that charge, or cancel a paid subscription anytime and keep access through the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified billing error.

Speak Live Prompt does not access, view, record, store, or retain your live video feeds, audio feeds, or recordings.

Your live content is transmitted to the streaming platform(s) you choose, such as Facebook or Instagram, using the connection information you provide.

Speak Live Prompt does not have access to your completed recordings or archived live broadcasts. Any recordings, replays, or saved broadcasts are controlled by the platform where you streamed and are subject to that platform's privacy policies and settings.

Your content remains your content.

Speak Live Prompt may process limited technical information necessary to operate the service, such as connection status, streaming duration, plan usage, and troubleshooting information, but not the content of your live broadcast.
